Dear Green Town Members,
We are ecstatic to announce our 5th Annual Green Street Festival, which will take place on Main Street on June 14th. This event has not only become a staple in our community’s calendar but also a significant contributor to local environmental causes. However, the heart of our festival lies with our volunteers, whose dedication transforms this event into a spectacular gathering.
This year, we seek enthusiasts like you to help us with various activities ranging from booth set-up to managing recycling stations. We particularly need hands with our ‘Zero Waste Challenge’ and ‘Youth for Green Spaces’ projects. Volunteering at the festival is not only a fun way to engage with the community but also an impactful one – you’ll help promote sustainable practices and environmental education among attendees!
If you are interested in volunteering, please reply to this email by May 20th with your availability. Volunteers will receive a special ‘Green Hero’ T-shirt, complimentary snacks, and a certificate of participation.
