Dear Greentown Members,
We are thrilled to invite you to be a part of the upcoming Annual Green Fair, a cornerstone event in our community’s calendar dedicated to promoting sustainability and environmental education. The fair will take place on Saturday, June 10, at Greentown Park from 10am to 4pm.
In order to make this event as successful as previous years, we are in need of dedicated volunteers who share our passion for a greener future. Volunteers will be assisting with a range of tasks, including setting up booths, guiding visitors, conducting workshops, and ensuring the fair runs smoothly.
No experience is required, and all volunteers will receive a special Green Fair t-shirt as a token of appreciation. Additionally, we will be hosting a post-event celebration as a way to thank everyone involved in making the fair a memorable day.
If you are interested in volunteering, please register by emailing us at volunteer@greentown.org with your name, contact information, and any preferred volunteer roles by May 15. We look forward to building another successful event with your support and commitment.
