Dear Parents and Guardians,
We hope this message finds you well. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are writing to inform you of some changes to our upcoming event schedule at Toddler Haven. We understand the importance of these events in your family calendars and would like to apologize for any inconvenience these changes might cause.
Firstly, our annual ‘Spring Fling’ celebration has been moved from May 15th to May 22nd to accommodate weather forecasts for a clearer, sunnier day. In addition, the time has also been shifted from 2pm to 3pm, allowing parents more flexibility in their schedules.
Additionally, the ‘Parent-Child Cooking Class’ initially planned for June 3rd will now take place on June 10th at the same time of 9am. We assure you that the quality of instruction and enjoyment for both you and your children will remain our top priority.
Lastly, the ‘Family Day Picnic’, which was scheduled for July 1st, is now rescheduled for July 8th, with an extended event duration from 10am to 2pm due to the tremendous response we had from our community.
We are committed to providing you with a fun and engaging experience at each event and appreciate your understanding and continued support. Please refer to the attached updated event schedule for your convenience.
