Dear Exhibitors,
We are pleased to welcome you to our annual Global Tech Expo, scheduled for June 20-22. As an exhibitor, your preparation is crucial to the success of this event. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a seamless experience.
Firstly, we ask that each exhibitor submits their booth design for approval by May 7. This will allow us to accommodate any specific requirements you may have and address potential logistical issues. Secondly, all exhibitors must ensure their materials are shipped to the venue by June 10. Late arrivals may not be guaranteed space on the expo floor.
On the days of the expo, booth setup will commence at 8am and must be completed by 10am. Exhibitors will have access to their designated areas from 7am for any last-minute adjustments. Please keep in mind that the expo will be open to attendees from 10am to 6pm daily, and your booth should be staffed at all times during these hours.
Finally, we are expecting a high turnout and advise you to prepare an ample amount of promotional materials. Should you have any further questions or require assistance, our exhibitor support team is available at exhibitor-help@expoglobal.com.
